QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Before we begin.

The work, the ambition and what to expect.

What does NEXA do?

NEXA connects financial research, modeling, materials and critical review around an institutional decision. The work can include valuation, financing alternatives, due diligence, investment memoranda and board materials. Your team sets the objectives and retains responsibility for the decision.

Can weeks of work really become minutes or hours?

Our ambition, not a turnaround guarantee. Timing depends on scope, evidence and review.

That is the ambition behind NEXA: compress the time spent assembling and producing financial work by connecting specialist workstreams. It is not a guaranteed turnaround or a published performance benchmark. Scope, document quality, data availability, complexity and required review affect elapsed time. A demonstration should be assessed against an agreed assignment, including time spent on corrections and review.

Who is NEXA built for?

Investment teams, family offices, advisory firms, boards and management teams that need to bring financial analysis and critical review together. We begin with a specific decision and assess whether NEXA fits the work and the institution’s requirements.

What can we see in a demonstration?

A focused walkthrough of a question, the supporting analysis, the work products and the review process. The public website also includes explicitly labeled illustrative examples. These examples explain a method; they are not client results, live market analysis or evidence of investment performance.

Does NEXA replace our people or approve decisions?

No. NEXA uses artificial-intelligence agents to support the work. A separate AI review is not independent human assurance. Your team reviews the analysis, resolves open questions and brings it to the people responsible for the decision. An analysis does not authorize a pledge, transaction or external negotiation.

Can NEXA work with our documents and standards?

Document handling, access, available data sources and institutional requirements are part of scoping. We agree the evidence, templates and review requirements for the proposed workflow. Connector availability and data licensing must be confirmed for your deployment. Do not send confidential materials through the public website or demo booking form.

How is NEXA priced?

Contact us to discuss the institution, intended users, workflows and deployment requirements. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before client activation. The website does not offer a self-service purchase or commit you to a subscription.

What must happen before client activation?

Client activation is subject to security, access, retention and deployment review. Demonstrating a workflow does not establish production readiness or certify analytical accuracy. See our governance page for the distinction between the intended controls and the assurance that must be verified.
